Honda’s prestigious, economical and technologically advanced SH family – SH350i, SH125i and SH Mode 125 – gets a new look for 2024, headed by the new SH125i “Vetro”, which is guaranteed to make a splash in Europe’s cities next year.

The Vetro is the brainchild – and a tribute to the technical skills – of employees at Honda’s plant in Atessa, Italy. The Vetro has unpainted semi-transparent green fairings, the production methods of which emit 9.5% less CO2 per year than traditional painted fairings. This very current and innovative look also includes a black front mudguard, a black lower fairing with the beautiful Honda logo in white and a silver SH logo on the top of the covers.

The new 2024 SH125i is the first Honda model sold in Portugal and manufactured in Atessa with EURO5+ homologation. This new standard, which will become mandatory for all new homologations at the end of 2024, provides for the introduction of new “on-board” catalytic converter monitoring, with identification of faults related to the emissions system (thus ensuring earlier warning to the driver), stricter noise requirements and long-term exhaust emissions.

Along with the Matte Coal Black Metallic version, the SH125i also benefits from a second “sports edition” (SE) in the color Matte Cool Pearl White. Both SE versions feature additional black details around the controls, front and lower fairings, stylish red stitching on the seat and custom logos, badges and graphics. Five new color schemes are also introduced as standard: Falcon Pearl Grey, Cool Matte Pearl White, Pacific Matte Pearl Blue and the classic Nightstar Black, all with new wheels and black trim.

With sales of more than 10,000 units across Europe in 2022, the top-of-the-range SH350i will be available in two new colors and four new color schemes in 2024. The new colors are Zefiro Metallic Blue and Techno Matte Metallic Silver, joined by Coal Matte Metallic Black, Ruthenium Matte Metallic Silver, Cool Pearl White and Black, which have been carried over from last year. All the colors have new rims and black finishes.

The SH Mode 125 arrives in 2024 with two new colors: Candy Red and Galaxy Matte Metallic Black, joined by two colors from last year, Jasmine Pearl White and Techno Matte Metallic Silver. Having sold more than 45,000 units in Europe since its launch in 2014, the SH Mode 125 has broadened the appeal of the SH family to a younger audience and, thanks to its very skillful and intelligent combination of up-to-date styling, reliable performance and low running costs, this model represents a perfect “gateway” into the SH world.

In total, almost 49,000 units of SH family scooters were sold in Europe in 2022 – a total made up of more than 10,000 units of the SH350i, more than 29,000 of the SH125i/SH150i and more than 8,200 of the SH Mode.
