The initial leader of the session was Jaume Masiá (Leopard Racing/Honda), making up for the time lost due to his crashes in the morning session. David Muñoz (BOE Motorsports/KTM) was in second, and Diogo Moreira (MT Helmets-MSi/KTM) in third.

The top two riders maintained their positions, while Daniel Holgado (Red Bull KTM Tech3) moved up to third.

Although lap times continued to drop, the top two riders remained in their respective positions. Moreira then moved back up to third, with Öncü (Red Bull KTM Ajo) also surpassing Holgado to take fourth place.

With 20 minutes remaining, Moreira overtook Muñoz for second place, and shortly thereafter, Öncü became the new leader, being 0.232s faster than Masiá. Lap times were now faster than those in the morning session.

Only in the final ten minutes top positions changed again when Moreira moved up to second, exchanging places with Masiá. Shortly after, the Brazilian was one of three riders to crash, along with David Alonso (Gaviota GasGas Aspar) and Collin Veijer (Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP).

No significant changes occurred in the final minutes. Öncü finished at the top, being 0.132s faster than Moreira. Masiá briefly lost third place to Matteo Bertelle (Rivacold Snipers Team/Honda) but quickly regained it. Ayumu Sasaki (Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP) completed the top five.
