With temperatures not reaching 18ºC, Jake Dixon (Inde GasGas Aspar/Kalex) led the timesheets after the initial flying laps. He was quickly overtaken but managed to regain the lead with his second lap before Fermín Aldeguer (Beta Tools SpeedUp/Boscoscuro) took the lead for the first time.

Dixon reclaimed the lead and held it until Aldeguer assumed control after 11 minutes, and he remained at the top. The Spanish rider even improved his time twice in the final phase of the session, ultimately setting a time of 1m32.794s.

As the only riding in the 1m32s, Aldeguer outpaced Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Ajo/Kalex) by a significant 0.209s. Arón Canet (Pons Wegow Los40/Kalex) finished third, while the top five was completed by Joe Roberts (Italtrans Racing Team/Kalex) and Alonso López (Beta Tools SpeedUp/Boscoscuro).

Dixon, who led early in the session, finished in seventh place, and the second-place rider in the championship, Tony Arbolino (Elf Marc VDS/Kalex), ended in eighth.
